Summary
OrbiTags Lead Discovery keeps the leads you collect on your own device. We only store the account details needed to sign you in.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, optional company name and a securely hashed password.
- Account status: your plan and usage limits, so the extension can check your access.
- Devices: a random identifier for each browser you sign in from, its extension version, IP address and the time it was last used, so we can apply the device limit of your plan and keep your account secure.
- Usage counts: how many leads, exports and messages you used in the current period, as numbers only. We never receive the leads, messages or files themselves.
- Support messages: anything you choose to send us by email.
Data collected with the extension
Search results, saved leads, notes, templates and settings are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to OrbiTags. Data leaves your browser only when you export it or send it to a webhook you configure.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To provide updates and important service notices.
- To answer support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This website uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Data retention
We keep account details while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Data stored in the extension is removed when you uninstall it or clear its storage.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information by writing to support@orbitags.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
