Agreement
By creating an account or using OrbiTags Lead Discovery, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Provide accurate details and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account is for one person unless your plan says otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Use OrbiTags only to collect information that businesses make public.
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy, anti spam and marketing rules.
- Respect the terms of the websites and platforms you visit.
- Do not resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the extension.
Plans and payments
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans and their limits are listed on the pricing page.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Our team activates your plan after payment, and it lasts for the period you paid for.
- Plans do not renew automatically. When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan until you renew.
- Usage limits reset each day or month as shown on the pricing page. Unused limits do not carry over.
Your data
Leads you collect belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for how you use and store them.
Availability
Results depend on third party websites that can change at any time. We work to keep OrbiTags reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.
Updates
We release new versions on orbitags.com. Some features may require the latest version.
Termination
You can stop using OrbiTags at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
OrbiTags is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
